# anaconda org move

## Usage

```bash theme={null}
anaconda org move <SPEC> [OPTIONS]
```

Comments

Replace \<SPEC> with a package spec in the format USER/PACKAGE/VERSION\[/FILENAME].

## Description

Moves packages between labels. If `FILENAME` is not provided, all files in the version are moved.

## Arguments

Argument

`<SPEC>`

Package spec: `USER/PACKAGE/VERSION[/FILENAME]` (required)\\

If a filename is not given, all files in the version are moved.

## Options

## Examples

**Move a package version between labels**

```bash theme={null}
anaconda org move myusername/numpy/1.21.0 --from-label main --to-label dev
```

**Move a specific file between labels**

```bash theme={null}
anaconda org move myusername/numpy/1.21.0/numpy-1.21.0-py39_0.conda --from-label main --to-label dev
```

**Move from main to a specific label**

```bash theme={null}
anaconda org move myusername/numpy/1.21.0 --to-label dev
```
